Mission

We have set a target to increase our daily airport transfers  from 30 to 50 daily by 2012. This is about 1500 trips in a month, which will enable a net earnings of RM2, 000.00 per month for all our drivers.



Goals

a.To Register a group of talented Taxi drivers within the Klang Valley region.

b.To Purchase an office by 2013.

c.To build a strong financial standing of Rm 50, 000.00 by the year end 2012 and            use it as a start-up capital.

d.To take up 1% market share in the airport transfer service by 2015.

e.To build integrated customer base network system.

f.To obtain at least 10 taxi permits for the company.

g.To provide PA& medical coverage for all registered drivers.

h.To provide trunk radio services to taxis within the group.

i.To provide panel workshops facilities for all drivers.

j.To provide financial assistance to drivers and assist in their business                            development.

k.Involve in countries investment sector.

Future Plans

We would like to change Mission Global Transport to a Private limited by early 2013. To archive this goal, a total of RM 100,000.00 will be raised by the company through shares and Company saving. Our registered drivers will be given 20% stake, 51% by owners and the rest by public.

Benefits

1.All drivers will be issued a PA amounting to RM50, 000.00 for the first year and            Rm100,000.00 and hence forth.

2.An Amount of Rm5, 000.00 will be allocated by the company as Accident                      benefits, not mounting to Rm300.00 at a time.

3.Drivers can apply for study loans off Rm200.00 at the end each year.

4.Drivers will be given rewards based on their merit point, which will be devised              by the company operational manages. This reward may be in the form of                     additional jobs, PA coverage or shares.


Achievement

a.On the 8th of September 2008, we had our first gathering to talk about an idea of opening an airport taxi company. A team of taxi 8 drivers attended this meeting. All drives under stood the requirement and agreed to participate.

b.We open our bank account with each member contributing RM150.0 monthly. A total of RM8, 000.00 collected within 6 months. We used this amount for company registration and business development.

c.We set up a temporary office at Lot 1950, jln 18/42, Taman Sri Serdang, 43300 Sri Kembangan. This place is being used as SOHO until we have our own office. We have equipped our office with Fax machine, hotline and internet service. Most of our business are conducted on the road, no staffing and reduced overhead. Our overhead yearly  amounts to RM5,500.00. We have allocated Rm3, 000.00 for driver’s welfare and soft loan.

d.We have successfully launched two website www.klia-taxi.com  and www.lccttaxi.com. Both web sites are the 10 top airport taxi web site in the yahoo.com, goggl.com and msn.com search engines. We obtain about 100 calls daily via phone, internet booking, email through three call canters. Our business volume has increased From RM30, 000.00 to Rm50.00 monthly within 2 years.

e.We have prepared a business development plan with 22 proposals. Some 35% of our plans have been successfully executed. 30% are still at the implementation stage and the rest on KIV.

f.Today we all carry a standard corporate name card with Email address, fax machine numbers and MGT logo.

g.We have company receipt, letter head and invoice. Much of these resources are used in corporate dealing. We have successfully provided a number of services to company like, Sapura, Giant & Guardian Shah Alam ,IPFF and Apex.

h.We have a taxi driver team uniform with our company logo. Today we are much recognised by the Logo MGT on our shirt and Malaysian flag on right sleeves. The logo resembles the sun in red  with letter ‘M’, earth on the centre  with letter ‘G’ and the moon with letter’T’.

i.We have back seat advertisement on our taxi. These advertisements are aimed to improve drivers’ income. Basically we sell our tour packages and properties. At the same time we promote major events and festivals for 2009 and 2010, introduce popular city spots and restaurant to our guess.

j.We have introduced a push to talk system among the drivers. So far, all our drivers have the system. All the drivers are approved a soft loan of Rm150.00 to purchase the PTT hand set.

k.The latest is the implementation of internet broad band service on board our taxi. Two of our taxi has been installed with the broadband service and on trial basis. We claim to be the first taxi service to have broadband onboard.


Company Policy

We are ready to do business 24/7 with only COD. We achieve reached a high standard of professionalism by through this guide lines:

a.All transfer shall follow a company official receipt.

b.All drivers shall follow company price list and provision set in the price list.

c.Company drivers are bound to  wear full company uniform at work and be at                the customer place 15 minutes before  pickup.

d.Using of Walk- talkie during driving is prohibited.

e.Drivers should prepare and keep their vehicle clean.

f.No smoking or drunk driving allowed.

g.Company will provision all business development.

h.Any claims by customer are liabilities of the driver.

i.Receiving order only by company protocol.

j.Use hand free while attending calls while driving.


Drivers Etiquette

1.Once a job has been accepted by a driver, he/she shall not return the job back t           to the originator. He has to find his own replacement in his absent.

2.All Drives are bound to share resources within the group.

3.Do not argue with customer rather put your claim to  company operational                   staffs.

Offer airport transfer to KLIA, LCCT and Subang Airport from any location within Klang Valley and Seremban. We also Offer transfers from Lcct airport and Subang Airport to any destinations in Malaysia. Our airport transfer service is one way to KLIA airport. Transfer fare are reasonable and   follow Government . You can acquire our services via our website or call us directly through our three hotlines manned 24/7.

Inter city transfer

Inter city transfer covers from Hotel, office duties from any location around Klang valley and Negeri Sembilan. Its charges are based on booking charges, Waiting time and distance travel. Our basic charges are Rm 25.00 within the city and Rm35.00 outside the city.

Hourly booking

Hourly booking are based at a flat rate of Rm 35.00 an hour/ minimum of 4 hours.

Special Assignments

Special booking includes door to door services like sending passengers to hospital and helping them with their task in the hospital or delivering parcel. It is charged are based on waiting, assistance and transfer. Other special services are like sending children to school.

City Tour

Our drivers have vast experiences in Kuala Lumpur city and country tour. We charge on hourly basis without tour guide fee. Our Drivers will be able to customise your tour requirements and not follow standard practises. They know the city well which includes all the hot spots.

Others

Worker transfers are done on a contract term not less than 2 years. We provide services for shift changes and normal office working. Our quoted price various from RM6.00 to Rm12.00 depending on location and distance.
